About Aqua Rush
Aqua Rush is a professionally-run swimming school in Fourways, Edenvale and Kensington, JHB which caters to current and future swimming champions, no matter their starting point. Our coaches will provide lessons at any equipped facility in the area. With programs available for any age and any ability, we provide across-the-board coaching to schools, clubs, and individuals.

Baby Classes
From 6 months up. Parents partake in a structured class to get their little ones comfortable in the water and learning skills needed for safety around pools and water.
Learn To Swim
Ages 4+ welcome for water safety, learning basic skills and comfort in the water.
Beginner Stroke
For those comfortable in the water, ages 4+. Learn basic strokes and propulsion.
Correction Stroke
Fine tuning of a stroke using drills to perfect swimming, diving, and turning.
Squad
Endurance, fitness, strength and efficiency for advanced swimmers.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have lessons when it’s cold and or rainy?
We do. The pool is heated and indoor. We maintain a temperature of 32 degrees. We only postpone lessons in cases of severe lightning
How long are the lessons?
Learn to Swim, Beginner Stroke, and Stroke Correction run for 30 mins, while squad training is a full hour.
Can I swim with my child?
In Learn to Swim lessons, parents are able to be in the pool with their children (one parent at a time).
How do your lessons coincide with school terms?
We coordinate our lessons with private school terms. More information can be given by Janine or one of our other coaches.
How am I billed?
Fourways clients are billed per term. The rest pay monthly.
What should we bring?
Adults and children are required to have and bring their own swimming costumes, caps, towels, and goggles.
From what age can my child start with Aqua Rush?
Children can start from 6 months old
When do lessons run?
Monday to Friday from 7 am until 6 pm, and Saturdays from 7 am until 1 pm.
