Lessons & Levels
Learn To Swim
For ages 4+, there are several levels within the Learn to Swim framework.
Comfort
Getting new swimmers comfortable in the water allows them the freedom to learn to swim better.
Confidence
Getting comfortable builds confidence. Children will learn kicking, bobbing, floating, and working underwater.
Skills
We use flotation devices and equipment to start students out with their skills, moving onto functional skills without equipment.
Safety
Swimming unaided and confidently is the ultimate goal: retrieving objects underwater, swimming unaided, and more.
Lessons & Levels

Who should join?

Starting off
Using aids like pool noodles and flotation devices, students learn kicking, blowing bubbles, opening eyes, and propulsion.
The strokes
Crawl, breaststroke, and backstroke are included in our beginner stroke curriculum.
Where to from here?
